GYS Power Hub Module – 056589

The GYS Power Hub Module (PHM) allows up to four identical, compatible connected GYSFLASH PRO chargers to be wired in parallel for charging large-capacity batteries.

It combines the chargers’ power connections into a single output, supporting a maximum combined current of 400A. The Power Hub Module must be used with the GYS Smart Hub Module 025981, which manages communication between the chargers.

  • Connect up to four identical, compatible GYSFLASH chargers in parallel.

  • Supports a maximum combined current of 400A.

  • Four positive and negative input connection pairs.

  • Input connections accommodate cable cross-sections from 10–25mm², depending on the charger model.

  • Positive and negative output connections accommodate cables from 25–70mm².

  • Two internal 3mm-thick copper bars provide electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.

  • Can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Configurable installation

Configure the installation to suit the battery and charging requirements, with input cable lengths between 1–5m and appropriately sized output cables.

For example, GYS illustrates four GYSFLASH 101.12 CNT 100A/12V chargers connected through the Power Hub Module and Smart Hub Module to provide a combined 400A output.

The Power Hub Module does not generate charging current itself. Available output depends on the connected chargers and installation.

  • Cable lugs covering cross-sections from 10–70mm² for configuring the installation.

Additional equipment required

  • GYS Smart Hub Module (SHM), reference 025981.

  • Identical, compatible connected GYSFLASH chargers.

  • Appropriately specified installation cables.

These additional items are not listed as included with the Power Hub Module.
